6. On January 10th, the cutting-edge technology of waterless printing and dyeing was implemented in the Shihezi Textile and Clothing Industry Park. The waterless printing and dyeing technology implemented in Shihezi this time adopts the green non-aqueous combination medium independently developed by Yida Group, replacing water as the dyeing medium, completely avoiding the hydrolysis side reaction of reactive dyes in water bath dyeing. The dyeing fixation rate exceeds 97%, and there is no need for post dyeing water washing, achieving the use of small amounts of water, small amounts of salt, and zero emissions during the dyeing process. According to calculations, the recycling rate of the green non-aqueous composite medium exceeds 99.8%, chemical consumption is reduced by 98%, dyeing water is reduced by 100%, and production efficiency is increased by 50%.
